We’ll gently move our bodies, explore our current emotional states through journal prompts, and experience yoga nidra together.

Yoga nidra is an incredibly restorative guided meditation technique. We’ll cover what yoga nidra is, its many benefits, and how to practice. You don’t need to be an experienced “yogi” to join, in fact, beginners may take away even more value because the first time is a true (third) eye-opener. All levels of experience are welcome!
