Together, we’ll dive into
Reflective journaling and intention setting. One of the first steps of manifestation is being clear about where you are, and where you want to be. We’ll go inward during the darkening winter, a time for slowing down.
We’ll move through gentle yoga, suitable for all levels. Beginner accessible and a challenge in slowing down for the experienced practitioner. (Pregnant mammas welcome!)
Discussion of and preparation for yoga nidra, a conscious relaxation and guided meditation practice that you do while lying down.
Debriefing after the yoga nidra practice and preparing to bring our bliss into the weekend and beyond…
